Hi my dearest monkeys, I feel that everyone's attitude during CO practice today had really improved quite a significant bit (: GREAT JOB GUYS! It's really satisfying to know that everyone's trying their best. Please continue to work hard and I hope that the noise level will be further decreased during the next combined practice! There are some nice people who will occasionally shout out to remind the CO to maintain silence and I really appreciate that. Hopefully by next practice, everyone will be more auto to keep quiet so that these people don't need to waste their energy to shout out (:
The standard of our playing has also improved somewhat. If you guys had noticed, Liulaoshi looked really happy today and was kinda high when conducting (LOL, maybe he's high on caffeine since he was drinking coke?). I think that's a good sign that we had improved that's why he's happy with the results (also because we're a little quieter today so he didn't have to shout a lot for our attention). However, I don't believe in that, like what he said, our abilities have almost reached maximum. I've heard some of you play and surely, you guys are capable of much much more. Don't limit yourself because "liulaoshi says we've already almost reached maximum so there's nothing else much that we can do". Come on people! He compared us to the other schools that he is teaching and says that they can improve much more than we can? Prove to him our worth! You can do so much more than you are doing now and you know it! Even if someday in the future he says that we've already played 100% of our ability, we'll push ourselves to give him a 150% or 200%, won't we? (:
Today's been very productive though it may have been a little tiring. Everyone, keep your spirits high! Please take care of yourself and continue to do your best!

THE ORCHESTRA
Temasek Secondary Chinese Orchestra (TMSCO) was established in the 2000.
It expanded from a plucked string ensemble to a full-fledged orchestra in the year 2001.
Under the baton of Mr Cheng Chung Hsien, TMSCO enjoyed a successful flight achieving promising results in the SYF Central Judging between April 2002 to September 2008.
Now having Mr Liu Bin leading this army, TMSCO will definitely continue to strive for excellence and is determined to scale to even greater heights.
The orchestra now consists of over 90 enthusiastic members, with us six professional instructors.
