Hello my lovely boys and girls! Today marks a historical moment of TMSCO.
Well done, well done!
So well that you meanies actually made me cry!=D

All the hard work and dedication we've put in for the past few months have shone itself on stage this morning. This is one glorious moment to be remembered.

Great job I must say. Unexpected I was, yet listening back at our performance, the feel was there. I'm glad that we've enjoyed ourselves, the family bond could be felt from the music played today. I'm all so too proud of you sexies! We deserved it.

We should all show our utmost gratitude and appreciation towards those who have supported us, in any way or so, through this fruitful journey.

Special thanks to:
Our Principal, Mrs Ong. Our Vice Principals, Miss Yoong and Mr Ari. -- For their wonderful support and encouragement!
Our teacher in charge -- Mrs Ang, Mrs Ng, Mdm Liu and Mr Ng.
Our adorable Mr Oh!
Our conductor, Mr Liu.
Our 7 instructors.
Our supportive TMSACO. Especially Xiang Le for taking the time, despite his tight schedule, giving us great advices whilst conducting us. Koh Seng! For his godly encouragements that has definitely enlightened us.
Our parents, for giving us the support.
And finally, all 80 SYF members and 16 backup players/student helpers! Gold with Honours is impossible without you!

Nevertheless, keep up the good work! Don't get too complacent yo.
Arrogance will only bring everyone disaster.

Every great moment has it's ending point. For the graduating students, your journey as a TMSCO member ends here. I'm glad to have worked with you guys, especially for these two years. It's definitely sad to part a vault full of tears and joy we've breed together over the years.
However, do come back to help out like how our lovely alumnis are doing! Join TMSACO!!!! ((: Your new journey will begin with TMSACO! =D

All the best for upcoming examinations! For the senior students, do the school proud with your O Level results like the way we did today. We will do it together again!

Cheers all, I love you boys and girls.
See ya around!

Lots of love,
Guowei
Your very cute and adorable Vice President (2007 - 2009).

P.S. Thank you all who wished us good luck today. Thank you all who congratulated us too.

REGARDLESS OF WHATEVER YOU PEOPLE GET, IT WILL BE GOOD!! HEHEHEHEHE.

GOLD AND SILVER DO HAVE THEIR OWN GOOD POINTS HEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!

*winks*

JUST GO OUT THERE,
HAVE A BLAST ON THE STAGE,
AND HAVE FUN FARN PHUN!

to Nicholas: Hit the bloody timpani harder like you actually have muscles instead of tofu, change your hitting style to accomodate crescendo and whatever to spice things up or whatever.

to Elson even though i don't think he will be reading this: If cannot vibrato, then big noise small noise also can. don't make your solo sound like some monotonous vintage Nokia ringtone.

-jingquan

p.s, i still will be shaving at the end of this month or next month~

THE ORCHESTRA

Temasek Secondary Chinese Orchestra (TMSCO) was established in the 2000.
It expanded from a plucked string ensemble to a full-fledged orchestra in the year 2001.
Under the baton of Mr Cheng Chung Hsien, TMSCO enjoyed a successful flight achieving promising results in the SYF Central Judging between April 2002 to September 2008.
Now having Mr Liu Bin leading this army, TMSCO will definitely continue to strive for excellence and is determined to scale to even greater heights.
The orchestra now consists of over 90 enthusiastic members, with us six professional instructors.
